Sherbrooke au naturel, a citizen-led exhibition of nature photography

Presented from December 16 until January 5 2026

The exhibition of nature photographs taken by citizens aims to highlight nature as a source of artistic inspiration. Together, these images weave a sensitive, moving, and deeply vivid tapestry of Sherbrooke, where art is experienced, shared, and multiplied. The Museum showcases works created by citizens to give a new and authentic voice to the diversity of perspectives on our region.

This exhibition of nature photography by citizens is part of Sherbrooke au naturel, a project of the Musée de la nature et des sciences de Sherbrooke resulting from the call for projects under the Entente de Développement culturel between la Ville de Sherbrooke and le ministère de la Culture et des Communications.

Attend the free opening of the exhibition on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 7 p.m. at the Museum (225, rue Frontenac, Sherbrooke).

Sherbrooke au naturel project

In addition to contributing to the Museum’s mission and the City’s artwork, the Sherbrooke au naturel project aims to create a dialogue between culture, nature, and community, encourage creativity in everyone, and promote diversity in perspectives on the region. It allows everyone to learn about photography and forge bonds through a shared cultural and artistic experience.

This project helps democratize access to culture, create a sense of belonging, and renew the way people view the region through an evolving collective work of art.
